Update the Insurance on Buy-Sell cases!

A pet peeve of mine is the “set it and forget it” attitude among business owners and advisors on buy-sell funding. They’ve done the right thing – put a buy-sell agreement in force and funded it with life insurance and DI insurance…and they never look at it again! The business is growing! It’s more valuable than it was when the plan was put in play. Update the life insurance to reflect the appreciation!
